Down the Spiral of a Soul is the 7th studio album by A Life Divided. It was released on 7 July 2023.

Work began after finishing the Echoes Tour and after the rise of the COVID-19 pandemic .
Promotion
The first mention of a new album being created was posted to the official A Life Divided Facebook on 25 October 2022. An image on the post came from the video shoot for the first single, Last Man Standing.

On 1 February 2023, an announcement of the Down the Spiral of a Soul Tour was posted to the official A Life Divided Facebook . This hinted at a song possibly being titled Down the Spiral of a Soul, which was later confirmed to be the album title in an article on the Rock Antenne website about the tour announcement.
On 10 March 2023, the special edition boxset of the album was announced through the official AFM Records Facebook page , revealing the cover art for the very first time to the public. The AFM store listing of the Digipak revealed the final tracklist of the album.
