Eisbrecher are a German Neue Deutsche Härte band founded in 2003 by former Megaherz members Alexander Wesselsky and Noel Pix.
Beginning
In the Spring of 2002, Alex attended an "Orchester Bürger Kreitmeier" concert in Munich. At this concert, Alex would bump into former bandmate Noel Pix and, after some discussion between both men, their issues were set aside and they moved on in life as friends. In June of 2002, Noel approached Alex with a demo for the song Schwarze Witwe. Alex enjoyed the demo and wanted to add vocals to it. Leading into the creation of a band that would soon become Eisbrecher.
