Marc "Micki" Richter was born on 04 September 1978 in Hochdorf, Germany.
Early life
Inspired by bands like Nirvana and Metallica, Micki would first pick up the guitar at the age of 16 in 1994. Not so long after, he would search for other musicians to start a band.
Micki's first band was "Crossing Green", in which Micki took over management and songwriting duties. The band would release a single and an album. The single was titled "Galaxis", the same title as his father's (Wolfgang Richter) band.
Professional career
In 2003, Mick would take the Popkurs at the Hamburg University of Music in 2003, honing his skills at guitar. Later that year, he would join the band "Diversion".
In 2005, Micki started the "School of Rock". The school teaches 40-45 students from the age of 6-66, in beginner and advanced classes. The lessons are taught every week from his home studio.
In 2006, Micki would join the band "Stone the Crow".
In 2009, Micki would join the band "Eyes of Solace".
In 2015, Micki would join Liv Kristin's solo project and the band "Black Mount Rise".
In 2016, Micki would give some tour support to the band "Leaves Eyes". He would eventually join the band as a full time member in 2018.
In 2017. Micki would join the band "Krayenzeit".
In 2019, Micki would join the band "Atrocity".
In 2019, Micki met Alexander Wesselsky for the first time during a performance at "The Rock*Show" in Heidelberg, where Alex sang some cover songs with guest musicians. The pair would reunite every yearly Rock*Show.
Die Herren Wesselsky
On 9 July 2023, Alex Wesselsky would post an image of the new lineup of Die Herren Wesselsky to his Instagram. Micki would be seen in the picture, confirming his role in the band.

Eisbrecher
On 19 February 2024, an article was posted online from the Augsburg Allgemeine, discussing a different venue for Eisbrecher's annual Adventssingen shows and Alex Wesselsky's knee surgery. However, this article leaked that lifelong Eisbrecher member Noel Pix had departed the band and would no longer be involved in any capacity. The article named his live replacement, Micki.
